GT200(prototype)
GT200 is a very soft graphene-enhanced thermal Interface material. It has extremely low effective thermal resistance (2 Kmm2 /W at 275 KPa). Moreover, the GT200 has advantages of low density, low complexity during assembly and good maintainability. GT200 opens new opportunities for addressing large heat dissipation issues in electronics and other high power driven systems.
