GT-90S

GT-90S is a very soft graphene-enhanced thermal Interface material. It has extremely low effective thermal resistance (6.7 Kmm2 /W at 276 KPa). Moreover, the GT-90S has advantages of low density, low complexity during assembly and good maintainability. GT-90S opens new opportunities for addressing large heat dissipation issues in electronics and other high power driven systems.
